Margo Dodd Park, San Luis Obispo California

Description

Margo Dodd Park is an absolutely gorgeous spot! Wow! It is situated on a small piece of land that points out toward the ocean so that you have views on both sides. What a nice spot for a wedding! You will be surrounded by jutting sea rocks that form a delightful seascape! There is a well-kept gazebo and plenty of wooden benches facing the water. Watch a sunset here. Picnic tables make this a pleasant place to stop and have a sandwich.
While here, check out the romantic lookout at Placentia Avenue. Or head just down the road to Dinosaur Caves Park where your kids can have a wonderful time on the imaginative playground.

San Luis Obispo has some beautiful beaches and parks, and they are not overcrowded by development or excessive tourism like other Southern California destinations.
