Jensen Beach Community Playground is an imaginative playground with a beach theme. The main structure is pseudo-wood and colorful. There are tons of things to explore! There's a space net, swings, a tire swing, a mini-theater for making up plays, a see-saw for four, a surfboard to ride, and a boat that sways. There's a wavy tunnel, swinging monkey bars, rope climbies, a turtle xylophone, a shark's mouth to run through, a fire pole leading into a lighthouse, a twisty tunnel slide, two wavy slides, a high-up spinner, and a square rock-climber.
One of the nicest things about the playground is that there are monkey bars that are low enough for little kids to try them out!
The tot lot has an ice cream truck to drive, slides with a mama and baby manatee on top, and mushroom stepping stones. All are brightly decorated.
What a joy! There are plenty of kids here to find a friend.
Because this park is located inside an elementary school it is only open on weekends and on weekday evenings.
There isn't much shade, and two AC units on either side of the playground are pretty loud.
After, get a snack at Jensen Beach town or play in the sand at Jensen Beach.
Jensen Beach Community Playground is located at 2525 NE Savannah Rd, Jensen Beach 34957.
The playground is behind Jensen Beach Elementary School. Drive into the parking lot for the school and then drive all the way to the end. You will see the playground and plenty of parking spots.
The playground is open to the public on weekdays 6-9pm, and on weekends 8am-9pm.
