There is the loveliest Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios in St. Augustine. It is a small, adorable chapel covered in ivy, surrounded by trees and gardens, and situated on Matanzas Bay. Inside the chapel is a statue of Mary nursing infant Jesus, a replica of a statue in Spain.

The mission was founded in 1587. It's unclear when the little chapel was built, but it was destroyed in 1728 by the British seige in St. Augustine, and again by a hurricane. The current structure was built in 1914.
You feel at peace and blessed as you walk around the grounds, where you can walk the Seven Sorrows of Mary, and stop to read the poem of St. Francis of Assisi beside his statue.
Visit the gift shop to support the mission, and buy your kids a little prayer card or St. Christopher coin for safe travels.
There is also a museum, a large church building built in 1965, and a giant cross on the grounds.
For a church with a peaceful blue interior and amazing exterior, visit Memorial Presbyterian Church in the old town.
