East Manning Park, Montecito

East Manning Park is across San Ysidro Rd from Manning Park which is even more beautiful than this one. It is a large grassy area with lovely mountain views. There is a big shaded picnic area and a sand volleyball court. A small, new space-age playground offers some interesting climbing. There are swings and various spinners as well. This is a peaceful pleasant spot, and is quite lush and green compared to the rest of Santa Barbara.
While in the area, grab a bite to eat at Pierre Lafond Bakery in Upper Montecito Village, a shopping area tucked back against the mountains. Or take a stroll along Miramar Beach with its perfect curved shoreline.

East Manning Park is near 591 Santa Rosa Lane, Santa Barbara CA 93108.
Exit Highway 101 at San Ysidro Rd and head toward the mountains. Turn right on Santa Rosa Ln at the traffic light and immediately left into the parking lot for Manning Park.
