Open until 3pm:
KBRG Coffee Lab, in Orcutt Road area. Indoor and pretty outdoor seating.
House of Bread Farmhouse Lane, near the airport. Plenty of indoor seating, but no soundproofing. Outdoor seating on the road.
Scout Coffee, on Cal Poly campus by Welcome Center (Mon-Thurs open later till 4pm). $12 parking in Structure 131. Schedule can be random depending on holidays. Awesome outdoor seating, and some indoor seating.
Kortado Bakery, Pismo Beach on Highway 1 near the pier (4pm on Sat/Sun, 1pm on Mon). Indoor seating.
Cafe Andreini, Arroyo Grande Village. Indoor seating.
Buttercup Bakery, Morro Bay. Cute outdoor seating area.
Open until 4pm:
Kaffein Coffee Co, north downtown SLO. Indoor and outdoor seating on the road. Cute.
Joebella Coffee, south downtown SLO. Indoor and outdoor seating (car noise for both).
Bread Bike Bakery, south downtown SLO. One table inside, a few tables outside.
Kraken Coffee, Avila Beach boardwalk. Indoor seating upstairs but roaring fan.
Nautical Bean, Parker Street, south downtown SLO. Indoor seating with eclectic decor.
Coastal Peaks Coffee, Higuera Street industrial area (1pm on Sat, closed on Sun). Indoor seating with room for clubs you can reserve.

Steaming Bean, Shell Beach Village, Pismo. Indoor and outdoor seating on back balcony (some freeway noise).
Banner Coffee Co, Grover Beach/Arroyo Grande non-descript area. Indoor seating with nice decor but no soundproofing.
Red Dirt Coffee House, next to Walmart, Arroyo Grande (closed Mon). Indoor and outdoor seating. Yummy butter mochi.
Caliwala Bakery, Los Osos town (open Fri-Mon). Adorable, sheltered garden patio seating.

Linnaea's Cafe, downtown SLO. Indoor and outdoor seating (front patio and back garden patio). Some nights till 8pm.
High Street Deli, south downtown SLO. Outdoor seating. Cold brew coffee drinks only. Best in the afternoon when it's not so crowded.

Open until 6pm:
Scout Coffee, Garden Street, downtown SLO. Indoor and some outdoor seating.
Scout Coffee, Foothill Blvd, near Cal Poly campus. Crowded, noisy, but beautiful indoor seating and some outdoor seating.
Field Day Coffee, north downtown SLO. Indoor open-air seating, and a side patio.
House of Bread, Marsh Street, south downtown SLO. Some outdoor seating on the road. Closes earlier on weekend.
Avila Beach Market, Avila Beach boardwalk. Cold drinks from fridge. Indoor open-air seating with views of ocean.
Scout Coffee Morro Bay, Morro Bay Blvd. Indoor seating with good views but no soundproofing. Outdoor seating that needs heat lamps!
Open until 8pm+:
Hula Hut, Avila Beach boardwalk (7pm on Thurs). Great indoor and outdoor seating with views of ocean. Disregard the hokey decor.
Kreuzberg, downtown SLO. Some nights it's even later. Indoor seating. Slightly sketchy area.
The Boba Nook, Broad Street, in a shopping plaza.
SLO Public Market. Seating on windy but attractive courtyard outside, indoors (downstairs a bit cold, and upstairs which has afternoon sunlight), and two sheltered balconies upstairs. Varying hours but there is: boba tea, acai/smoothies (till 5pm). Both coffee shops (Kitchen and Vine, and Twenty South) close at 2pm though.

SloDoCo Donuts, Foothill Blvd, near Cal Poly campus. Indoor eclectic seating.

Yokoso Coffee, Los Osos town (1pm. Closed Sun and Mon). Indoor seating, and some outdoor seating by road.
Nautical Bean, 2nd St, Los Osos town. Outdoor seating (both on parking lot and on 2nd Street). Pretty boardwalk on estuary.
Wayward Baking, Los Osos town (1:30pm, open Fri-Mon). One inside table and bar seating. Two outdoor tables. Tables are taken on weekend.
Red Bee Coffee, Grover Beach. Cute West End area. Attractive indoor seating, outdoor seating on 3rd Street.
