Plantation Central Park, Plantation
Plantation Central Park is a pleasure to walk around. There are walking paths under the shade of large trees. The path takes you along a pretty lake. There is even a hill to run to the top of, at the path that runs along the west side of the lake.
A workout station that looks like a playground adds to your exercise!
Kids love the tall green playground, which also has baby swings and regular swings. There are also sports fields.
A strange and adorable thing are the pairs of nesting owls that have set up nests on little hills near the baseball fields. Kids love looking at them from a distance.
After, have an empanada at Vicky Bakery, on University Drive in Davie. It's so nice in there! It is an eleven minute drive away.
