Cameron Village Shopping Plaza, Raleigh
Cameron Village is a four-block older shopping plaza with streets running through it. While some of the ritzier storefronts look nice, there is a hodge podge of parking lots and rundown sidewalks that don't make this area very pretty. There are some decent places to get a coffee such as Starbucks or Carolina Bakery, with its turquoise umbrellas. There are a few sit-down cafes with some outdoor seating. Jazz music is piped in through the speakers and there are some flowerpots here and there.
This shopping plaza is walking distance to NC State University.
