Just half an hour west of Florida Caverns State Park, is this natural wonder, Falling Waters State Park! If you do them both in a day you will be full of awe at nature! You park close to the waterfall and can walk on a wooden boardwalk past amazing sinkholes! The earth has fallen down very very far here in huge almost bottomless pits! It's fun and scary to see! One of the sinkholes has a beautiful waterfall plunging over its edge and disappearing into an underground channel. This is the only waterfall in Florida, since Florida is usually flat. It's a sight to behold! Even when it's dry, it's impressive because you can stand on the edge of the deep chasm.
