Boggy Creek Airboat Rides offers thirty minute airboat rides close to Orlando! You glide over the water that mirrors the arcing sky and feel the wind on your face. It's wonderful! Ear protectors cover your ears because the sound of the motor is very loud. The guide is a lot of fun and cracks jokes whenever you stop to see the scenery. It feels amazing how you are gliding literally over the grasses of the swamp. Thirty minutes is the perfect amount of time because by then you've had enough wind on you. The forest at Boggy Creek Airboat Rides is beautiful with its oak trees covered in Spanish Moss- how romantic!

The guide does his best to make sure you see alligators. When we went, there was one swimming eerily and slowly near the boat!
There is a fun gift shop and clean restrooms in the building where you pay. Rides leave every half hour so you don't have to wait long for the next trip. You don't need to pay for the more expensive ride because it is not that different to the cheaper one. The best time to see alligators is before 10am.
