College Park Neighborhood, Downtown Orlando

College Park is a neighborhood in northwest downtown Orlando, not near a college! It's an older neighborhood with tiny 1940s homes. On Edgewater Drive near Smith Street is a plain strip of restaurants and stores, including a vegan counter-service cafe and juice bar called New Moon Market, a sports bar called Graffiti Junktion, a boba tea place called Blended Bistro and Boba, a children's store called Yaya and Lou, and an ice cream shop caleld The Soda Fountain. The cafes are packed with people in their 20s and 30s. Check out the Art Deco-style Publix supermarket!

It's a ten minute walk southeast to Lake Ivanhoe from here.
Another neighborhood to walk around is the gorgeous Lake Cherokee Historic District, with its mansions and huge tropical trees.
