Friendship Park, Oviedo

Friendship Park is a fairly plain park with a wonderful three-story playground. The big kid playground has two huge tunnel slides, a roller to run on, fire poles, ladders, spinning monkey bars, wavy climbies, gymnastics bars, and rock climbing areas. Four medium-sized slides are good for smaller kids. There is a toddler structure and lion bouncy, with benches nearby for parents. Baby swings and regular swings provide some fun. There are picnic tables shaded with canopies. This park is located in the suburban town of Oviedo, where many UCF staff live.
After, walk around the attractive modern development called Oviedo on the Park. There is a lake and some nice cafes like Clean Juice, Starbucks, Panera Bread, and Maple Street Biscuit Company.

Friendship Park is located at 200 W Broadway St, Oviedo, FL 32765. The parking lot is on the east side of the playground, off Lawton Ave, closer to 89 Garden Street (use this address for your GPS).
