Winter Garden Village is a large, attractive shopping center in a cookie-cutter part of town. I wouldn't call it an outdoor mall because there aren't any pedestrian-only streets.
One area has handy big box shops like Best Buy, Target, Ross, Marshalls, and Joann Fabrics and Crafts. There is the lovely store, Cost Plus World Market, with international foods and decor. Party City is a fun store for kids, and Bed Bath and Beyond sometimes has some toys and trinkets near the front.
Another area has a few short tree-lined streets with smaller stores like Victoria Secret, Carter's and Osh Kosh children's clothing, and some cafes. Here, there's a car roundabout with a pretty fountain in the middle, plus three cute white statues of children.
Panera Bread is a great counter-service place to eat.
There isn't any public gathering area like some shopping centers have, and that's a shame. It kind of reflects the American suburban culture in this area, Windermere and Winter Garden, where people drive up, go to a store, get back in their car, and rush back to their enormous home.
A more authentic area is the historic downtown of Winter Garden. Check it out as well!
The walkable part of this shopping center is located near Victoria Secret at 3251 Daniels Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787. There is plenty of free parking, some shaded by trees, which helps in summer.
