The views from Breeze Open Kitchen in Eau Palm Beach Resort are mesmerizing. You can sit out on the patio directly over the ocean and enjoy the breeze off the water. The color of the water is surreal! Technicolor blue-green. When you look down, the water is crystal clear. The food is good and the staff- some from islands in the Caribbean- are warm and friendly! It's fun to watch people swimming, kayaking, and playing in the water.
After, stroll along Lantana Beach, or better yet, bring your swimsuit so that you can jump in the water. You will definitely want to. Some times of year, there are blue jellyfish (winter) or sea lice (summer).
