Hazard Center, Mission Valley

Hazard Center is plain and business-like and you won't be inspired by the feel of it. But there are some good stores here. The Barnes and Noble Bookstore is attractive. The educational store, Lakeshore Learning, has some amazing toys. Lakeshore Learning has large floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on the greenery below, and spacious aisles. They provide craft sessions for free on weekends- check them out!

There are some large American-style restaurants here as well.
Directly east of Hazard Center on Mission Center Rd, check out In Cahoots Dance Hall and Saloon, a large attractive bar with a beautiful dance floor and lively line dancing.

From Highway 163, exit at Friars Rd. Go east on Friars Rd and then turn right on Frazee Rd. There is a large parking lot for Hazard Center on your right.
