Headquarters at Seaport, Downtown San Diego
Headquarters at Seaport in Downtown San Diego is an attractive spot to hang out. Here, colorful couches and umbrellas fill a spacious plaza with trendy cafes and shops. My favorite cafe is Puesto, with gorgeous outdoor seating with fire pits, umbrellas, and plants. Their secret off-menu prime rib burritos are browned to perfection with cheese on the outside! Urban Beach House is a really good shop, with bags, shirts, and jewelry.
After, check out the prison cells and mugshots. It is an interesting piece of history.
Then walk the Embarcadero across the street. You can walk for two miles with views of the harbor, Coronado Bridge, and city skyline. Visit the USS Midway or San Diego Maritime Museum.
