Grover Heights Park

Grover Heights Park is a peaceful place to sit under a large shady tree and let your kids run around. There are four small slides, and baby swings, and plenty of grass. It's a residential setting at the top of Grover Heights. There's no view though.

A cold wind can sometimes blow through this park. If so, head to Chumash Park, which is in a warm valley, though doesn't offer the plentiful shade you find at Grover Heights Park.
After playing at the park, head over to Pismo Pier for a meal at one of the many upbeat restaurants.

Directions

Grover Heights Park is located at N. Ninth Street and Atlantic City Ave, Grover Beach CA 93433.
Exit Hwy 101 on 4th Street and head toward the ocean. This is a pretty drive down and up a slope. Then turn left on Atlantic Avenue (the fourth street on your left). The park will be on your left.
