Memory Park, Pismo Beach
Memory Park is a small neighborhood park overlooking a pretty cove, with views of the Oceano Dunes in the distance. It's a nice place to gather for a birthday party or picnic. There isn't much here except the view, some picnic tables and some benches. Walking the neighborhood with its colorful beachhouses, flower gardens, and decorations is very pleasant. The Norfolk pine trees made me yearn for home: Australia. The hills form a lovely backdrop. There are stairs leading down to the beach below.
While walking the neighborhood, take the path at 115 Seacliff Drive between houses and the creek, past beautiful eucalyptus trees on one side and bougainvillea on the other, to wonderful Spyglass Park. It makes for a satisfying walk.
Another gorgeous view can be found at Shell Beach Panoramic Walk, where pelicans balance on sheer cliffs.
Seacliff Drive: full of flowers, colors, and backed by high hills. Oh, this pine looks like Australia's beach pines!

Memory Park is located at 182 Seacliff Dr, Pismo Beach CA 93449.
Exit Highway 101 at Spyglass Dr. Turn toward the ocean, and then left on Shell Beach Rd (Frontage Rd). Turn right on Seacliff Dr and follow it to the ocean. Park along the road.
