Palisades Park Playground, Shell Beach
Palisades Park, on Florin Street, has a fun, tall playground in pastel colors. The park has a sloped lawn with a few spots of shade. There are picnic tables, BBQs, and a petanque (bocce ball) court.
The playground has baby swings, a single spinner, a three person spinner, sideways climby, monkey bars, drums, a tall slide, double slides for racing, a bridge, and more climbies.
After, walk down Florin Street to see the ocean at Florin Ocean Overlook. Then walk along Indio Drive to South Palisades Park. There are flowers galore on Indio Drive, and then views of surfers, rock pools, the beach, and cliffs at South Palisades Park.
Another fun playground is at the base of Pismo Beach Pier.

Palisades Park is located at 200 Florin Street, Pismo Beach. Google maps takes you to the wrong place. There is a parking lot. There are no restrooms.
