Lake Worth town

The main strip in Lake Worth is two parallel streets, Lake Ave and Lucerne Ave. Here there are several sidewalk cafes. Brogues Downunder is a good one that has live music. Monada Cafe looks modern and cool. The Ice Cream Affair is an ice cream shop. Common Grounds is a nice coffee shop. Art Gallery J Street has colorful items to browse. Weekends are the best time to come when there are plenty of people out and about. There is a slightly seedy feel to this town so don't come alone. 

Check out the annual Street Painting Festival (February 25 and 26, 2023 at 10am).
The best thing about Lake Worth is the beach and pier, where there is a promenade, restaurants, ice cream shop, and playground.

Directions

Exit Highway 95 at 10th Ave and head toward the ocean. Turn right on US Hwy 1 and then left on Lake Ave. After several blocks you will come to the main area. You can park along the road.
