RiverPark Outdoor Mall, Oxnard
RiverPark Mall is a modern outdoor mall in Oxnard. It is nicely designed, with parallel streets that give shade, and plenty of pretty things to see such as fountains and tile mosaics. A cool breeze blows through it. There is a splash pad for kids, plus a deluxe movie theater (though I found the seats to be too concave). There are counter-service cafes such as Panera Bread or Five Guys, with indoor and outdoor seating. Cheesecake Factory and Lazy Dog Restaurant have nice outdoor seating around a square. Spacious, inviting public spaces make this mall a nice place to hang out. There are plenty of good shops such as a giant H&M with a kids section, REI, and Target. A Whole Foods Market adds even more to this mall.
Another shopping center just minutes away is Esplanade Plaza, with a discount supermarket and big stores like Party City and Cost Plus World Market.

RiverPark Mall is located at 2751 Park View Ct, Oxnard, CA 93036. There is plenty of free parking.
