Playgrounds beside Pont des Amours, Annecy

Kids love the two wooden playgrounds on either side of Pont des Amours (lover's bridge). This is the bridge where Canal du Vasse meets the lake on the Annecy waterfront.

One playground, on the north side of the canal is called Parc des Enfants. It has a wooden ship, popular disc swing, rock climbing, barrel, bouncies, and wooden structure with slide.
On the south side of the canal is Aire de Jeux, another wooden playground. It is smaller and has a whimsical tree house with a slide, a log climbey, and tight rope walking. 
Kids also love to ride the beautiful carousel that is also on the canal. 
After, walk along the waterfront in Jardins de l'Europe, which is where you already are!
And then have an ice cream or dinner in old Annecy town, across the street.
