It's pure joy to walk along Ocean Drive at night checking out the Art Deco buildings lit up in neon. The scene is happening, with loud music and crowds of people. If you like a quieter scene you can choose how close you walk, either directly under the buildings for loud noise, across the street for a still pretty crowded scene, or on the other side of the park near the beach for the sensitive souls, taking in the neon buildings through the palm trees. All three are super fun!

After, chill out at the shore. The lapping waves will soothe your soul before you get back to the party scene again. There's nothing better than the beach at night! The playground in Lummus Park is bustling at night on weekends and holidays- your kids can play while you take in the Art Deco lights from across the street.
At Christmastime there are selfie spots located in the park- giant Christmas balls you can walk inside, or huge presents to stand beside, lit up at night.
You can take 90 minute walking tours of the Art Deco architecture along Ocean Drive and Collins Ave at night. Tours start at the Art Deco Welcome Center, on Thursdays at 6:30pm for $25 per person, $20 for students or seniors. No reservations necessary.
