Grand Park, Aliso Viejo
Grand Park in Aliso Viejo is directly behind Aliso Viejo Town Center so it's a wonderful place to walk after a meal. In the evenings it's particularly beautiful. The park slopes up and up, affording better and better views as you go. There are beautiful, large trees, and wide open lawns. A picnic table at the top, with expansive views, offers a nice place to reflect.
Also at the top is a pleasant, fenced, playground under a green shade canopy. Kids enjoy the monkey bars, twisted climbies, medium slide, side-by-side toddler slides, and standing-up spinner.
If you walk further up Grand Ave, you come to Vantis Drive, where there are a few cafes and a tiny coffee shop called Seven Seas Roasting. There are great views of the city lights, behind the townhouses.
There are five summer concerts at Grand Park, every other week on Sunday 5:30-7:30pm.

Grand Park is located at 6101 City Lights Dr, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656. There are diagonal parking spaces along Grand Ave near the playground, labelled "Tot Lot" on google maps. You can also park at Aliso Viejo Town Center and make the steep walk up.
