Dellagio restaurants, Southwest Orlando
Dellagio is a beautiful Italian-style development in the Southwest Orlando suburb called Dr. Phillips. It's lovely to dine here by the impressive Italian fountain, or on a restaurant patio overlooking the pond. The pond creates lovely breezes off the water. We had a blast eating at Craig Miller's Field House, a sports bar with zillions of TVs and a breezy patio in the back.
This is a good place to eat after visiting Universal Studios, as it's an eleven minute drive southwest.
Across Sand Lake Road is a beautiful Italian-style shopping center called Plaza Venetia with a Publix supermarket, bright Starbucks coffee, Huey Magoo's Chicken for delicious counter-service food, and Barnes and Noble Bookstore.
