Gardens Playground is an expansive playground with many play structures, swings, water mister, and wavy circular climby. There are trees for shade around the perimeter (not enough shade on the actual playground) and astroturf (everyone's favorite playground surface). Picnic tables under shade tents are often used for birthday parties.
This park is super fun for school-aged kids because they can run like mad between each play structure and never get bored. The astroturf makes for an easy surface to run on- much much better than playgrounds with wood chips or tire pieces. On Sundays after the large Green Market and on weekdays after the Parks and Rec classes, there are tons of kids on this playground enjoying a little sunshine and fresh air.
In summer there are mosquitoes!
Next door to the playground is Palm Beach Gardens Splash Park, with splash pad, splash playground, water rock climbing, and large pool. It is a ton of fun to come here on a hot summer day- parents can sit on reclining chairs under shade canopies.
From this playground you can walk south over the waterway to Lilac Park where you will find some unique play equipment under two huge shade canopies!
Gardens Playground is located at 4301 Burns Rd, Palm Beach Gardens FL 33410.
Exit Highway 95 at PGA Blvd and head west. Turn left on Military Trail. Turn left on Burns Rd. The park is immediately on your right. There is a shady parking lot and there are restrooms inside the large building where you enter the splash park.

Great park! It's a little far from our house but worth the drive! It's full of so many different play structures. After school you always run into so many families and make new friends. You can go inside the rec center to use the restrooms or buy snacks or water.
