Solana Pacific School Playground, Carmel Valley
On weekends and after school, residents walk and play at this space-age school playground. There is a huge lawn with a walking path around it, and purple ice plant flowers to admire. Best of all is the playground with many climbing opportunities! It has rope climbies, spinners, stepping stones, swings up high, and a zipline. Across the street is Del Mar Highlands Town Center, where you can hang out on couches, sit at a fire pit, jump on an in-ground trampoline, get a snack, or browse the toy store.

The school playground is located at 3901 Townsgate Dr, San Diego, CA 92130. There is parking in the lot in front. You can only come when the school is not in session, such as on the weekend.
