The Shoppes at Carlsbad Indoor Mall

The Shoppes at Carlsbad is an indoor mall with some nice cafes at the exterior. Panera Bread has cute outdoor seating with strung lights and lime green umbrellas. Floor-to-ceiling windows inside Panera Bread make it a nice place to hang out on cold days, though the glare from the fog can be quite strong. Luna Grill (delicious Mediterranean plates), Grubby's Fish Market, and Beshock Ramen are also counter service cafes with nice outdoor seating. Yard House is a large chain indoor restaurant with wait service, and Cheesecake Factory is the same, but with some outdoor seating as well.

This mall had Dave & Buster's, an arcade game diner. It has many youthful shops inside the mall such as Forever 21, American Eagle, Comics N Stuff, Claire's Accessories, Sweet Factory, and Journey Shoes.
Around the mall are forested hills that look almost like you're in Monterey.
