Tourmaline Surf Beach Park
It's fun to sit in the sand at Tourmaline Surf Beach Park and watch the surfers ride the waves. Kids like to play here, digging deep holes in the sand. The parking lot is close by and it feels nice to be in a canyon that leads down to the sand. After, have a coffee and long walk at Bird Rock in La Jolla.

Tourmaline Surf Park is located at Tourmaline Street, San Diego, CA 92109. There is a parking lot for about fifty cars so come early, or very late, in the day.
