Witches and Warlocks Paddle, Morro Bay
An event you will never forget is the Witches and Warlocks Paddle in Morro Bay! It occurs on a Saturday a few days before Halloween each year at 3pm. People dressed as witches and warlocks paddle around on stand up paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, and boats, their shapes silhouetted against the sparkling water. Sometimes the witches even cackle! It's so fun to dress up yourself, and walk the embarcadero walkway watching the goings on. Coleman Park is where the witches enter the water with their kayaks, so it's a fun place to walk too, and then up the harborwalk.

The witches and warlocks enter the water at Coleman Park and paddle around. You can see them from Coleman Park, the harborwalk boardwalk, and the embarcadero in Morro Bay, at 3pm on the Saturday before Halloween.
