Colonial Lake Promenade, Charleston

It's lovely to walk or run around Colonial Lake in Charleston, enjoying the flowers, benches, lampposts, and water views. It's just a small lake in a residential neighborhood, but very cute!

Moultrie Playground with its twisty slide and tunnel slide, is across Ashley Ave. And Queen St. Grocery, a cafe with crepes, is a short walk to the east.
Extend your walk by going one block south to the riverfront promenade on Murray Blvd that leads to White Point Garden.
