Fenals Beach is a large cove, with abundant sand, and a promenade shaded by cypress trees. It's wonderful to sit on a bench under the shade and watch the ocean. There are restaurants where you can dine while being mesmerized by the sea.
At the north end of the beach, take a forest path up a steep hill, past a school, to a roundabout where you will find Passeig Jardins, a path that leads up to the ticket booth for Santa Clotilde Gardens. Here, you can get even more joy walking the paths past mermaid sculptures, wisteria, orange trees, Italian cypress, a lazing lion statue, always with views of the blue sea!
Walk the long Cami de Ronda, clifftop path and stairs, to Lloret de Mar Beach. This is a busier area, with many shops and cafes. Check out the mosaic tile church, Sant Roma Church, and its adorable square. On the south end of the beach, there is a little cove with crystal clear water, then a path leading past a castle! Magic!
Fenals Beach is located at Avinguda de Fenals, 17310 Lloret de Mar, Spain.
