It is glorious to explore the hilly nooks and crannies of Santa Clotilde Gardens on the Fenals Beach side of Lloret de Mar. Here you walk through alleys of arbors, up stairs past mermaid sculptures, and under trellises of vibrant purple wisteria (in April). Orange trees look adorable, and cypress trees add an air of mystery. Always the sea with its gorgeous blue hue is in sight! This is a wonderful place to pose for photographs. The statue of the lion lazing is lovely too!
After, you can walk through the forest down to Fenals Beach and then along the Cami de Ronda (cliffop path and stairs) to Lloret de Mar Beach. Don't miss out on seeing the mosaic tile church, Santa Roma in Lloret de Mar town.
The lady at the ticket booth can call you a taxi if you walked here and are too tired to walk back to your hotel!
Santa Clotilde Gardens or Jardins de Santa Clotilde, are located up a short forested path from Fenals Beach. You walk up the steep hiking path, past a school, to a roundabout, and then up the path (Passeig Jardins) to the ticket booth.
Entry fee is around 7 euros.
Open daily 10-7.
