Del Mar Plaza (gorgeous views)
Del Mar Plaza is a stunning spot. It has a spacious public patio with couches and sun umbrellas, overlooking the ocean. Come with your laptop and soak up the atmosphere. You can buy a coffee at Kini Coffee stand.
There are some cafes with gorgeous views: Monarch Ocean Pub, Tamarindo, Pacifica Seafood, Il Fornaio Italian, and Shimbashi Izakaya Sushi. This shopping plaza is pure beauty- everything looks amazing. It can feel a bit upscale and intimidating.
This plaza is located on Camino Del Mar, a cute main strip with cafes and shops stretching from 9th Street to 16th Street.
Seagrove Park and Powerhouse Beach are a short two-block walk away, one of my favorite beaches in San Diego.

Del Mar Plaza is located at 1555 Camino Del Mar, Del Mar, CA 92014. There is a parking structure, with paid parking. Parking is free for the first hour, $2 for each additional half-hour.
