Garden in a sunny, sheltered spot, with cottage with turret under redwood trees, Buddhist gazebo, goats, and flowers galore! Seasonal pumpkins and Christmas market!
Historic cottages and lush trees of all different shades of green. Come July-October. Check the webcam for weather because it's not nice in thick gloom!

Cute toddler playground, workout station, community garden, basketball courts, lawn with views of Cerro San Luis, and Victorian houses, a block from the main downtown strip. Currently, a crime problem.
Attractive public market two minutes drive north of downtown, with outdoor and indoor seating, and nice walks nearby.
