Instead of walking, you could also do a fun and easy bike ride along the boardwalk that is between Ocean Drive and the beach, in South Beach. It takes you past each beach with their unique colorful lifeguard stands, and ends at modern and beautiful South Pointe Pier...
Your bike ride ends at the very southern tip of South Beach where you find a modern pier, grass hill with winding paths, space-age playground and splash pad, and shady promenade along the water.
Start your day on a tropical key where you will find a picturesque beach with white lighthouse, happy people, and turquoise water.
While you're at Bill Baggs Beach, walk around the corner to Cape Florida Lighthouse, a white lighthouse with blue-green water behind- a gorgeous sight! And easy to climb! Thurs-Mon 10am and 1pm.
After a day at Key Biscayne, return to South Beach at nighttime to see the Art Deco buildings along Ocean Drive, lit up in neon! This is a great way to end your trip in paradise!
