You could enjoy a long countryside drive to Paso Robles town, visit the gift shops, and have a meal at one of their restaurants, such as Blast and Brew.
You could go to a music concert at CPAC on Cuesta campus, or PAC on Cal Poly campus, if there are any on during the rainy days.
You could browse the toys and gifts at Lincoln Deli Market, and have a cup of tea and sandwich of pastry while looking out the big windows.
A popular outing is to visit Madonna Inn and check out its gift shops, bar by the steakhouse, and, surprisingly, its bathrooms.
If you can find a parking nearby, you could go inside the mission, and then run into a cafe nearby.
With beautiful views of the bay, this museum lets you feel like you're outdoors even when it's too cold to be out. If the rain lets up, you can also walk outside the museum on a gorgeous path.
Pismo Beach Premium Outlets is an outdoor mall, but the walk between stores is sheltered from rain!
Scout Coffee is a friendly, bustling place where you can go when it's raining. It will be very crowded though.
