Three Days on Maui. Where Should I Go?

So you have three days on Maui! These are the places you should go! Stay in Wailea and explore from there.

Shops at Wailea Outdoor Mall, Wailea

Have a haupia cream acai bowl in the morning at Island Vintage Coffee. Eat at Tommy Bahama's Cafe balcony either for lunch or dinner. Shop for souvenirs at Honolulu Cookie Co. Watch the free hula show Tues/Thurs 5:30pm. 

Wailea Beach Path, Wailea

Walk the Wailea Beach Path south from Wailea Beach in the early morning. Walk it again, this time north, in the evening when the strung lights make it romantic. 

Palauea Beach, Wailea

Have a fun swim with medium sized waves!

Wailea Village Shopping Center, Wailea

Eat dinner at Kohala Brewing under the nice lights at night.

Kanaha Beach Park, Kahului

When you arrive, go straight from the airport to this amazing beach and take in the colors and island breeze!

Heritage Gardens, Kepaniwai Park, Wailuku

When you arrive, visit Heritage Gardens then Iao Valley State Monument. These are close to the airport. 

Papawai Scenic Lookout and Highway 30

Spend a day driving this road to Kaanapali Beach. 

Kaanapali Beach and Black Rock, West Maui

Swim at Kaanapali Beach, which has the clearest water on the island, and then eat at one of the resorts or at Whaler's Village, a short walk away on the beach path. 

Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, Maalaea Harbor

When you've had enough sun, visit the excellent aquarium! Have lunch at Paia Fish Market South Side in Kihei after. 

Honolua Bay Lookout, West Maui

Make sure you look at this lovely lookout while driving Highway 30 past Kaanapali.
